I received a damaged My Paper Box, what do I do?

We are committed to making sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter a problem with your order due to a shipping error, missing parts, or product damage, please contact us immediately so that we can get you a replacement item that is similar or comparable to the item that was damaged. To ensure prompt service, have your order details and/or photos when you message us.

We will work to fix your situation as quickly as possible by either:

  • Replacing your incorrect product with the correct product
  • Replacing the damaged product with new product
  • Or shipping the missing parts you specify
  • Since items are personalized any missing orders will be replaced at our discretion.
