Choose between our Mini or Grand Subscription. During checkout let us know what name you would like personalized on your subscription.

A Full-size box of personalized stationery products, 6+ Items per box. Made with High Quality Paper and New Designs each Month. Delivered Monthly or Bi-Monthly.

What is in the My Paper Box Mini Subscription?

Mini box of personalized stationery products Delivered Monthly or Bi-Monthly. Included are 3 Personalized Notepads per box.

Can I return my subscription of My Paper Box?

All sales are final. All subscription payments, shipping, and handling costs are non-refundable.

Subscriptions may be canceled at anytime. Click here log into your account.

I received a damaged My Paper Box, what do I do?

If you have received an item that has been damaged during the shipping process, please contact us immediately so that we can get you a replacement item that is similar or comparable to the item that was damaged. Since items are personalized any missing orders will receive the next subscription on us.

Where does My Paper Box Ship?

We ship via USPS. Within the US shipping is between 1 and 3 business days, international shipments will vary. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, please double-check the address. ie. missing the apartment number.

How do I know when my box has shipped?

Tracking numbers and emails are issued automatically as soon as a shipping label is created. Please let us know if you do not receive your box.

How much is International Shipping?

International Shipping Fees:
Canada is $15 for the Grand and $10 for the Mini.
Rest of the world is $20 for both.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon delivery. International customers are responsible for paying all taxes, duties or fees charged by their governments.

The Kids Costs $12.

How does billing work?

After your initial purchase, you will be put on our billing schedule. The Grand Auto Renews on the 28th and the Mini Auto Renews on the 11th of each Month.

When does My Paper Box Grand Ship?

Depending on when you sign up will determine when you will receive your first box.
